Tricofix is ​​a pressure and supportive tube bandage that is used for mild forms of edema, after plaster treatment, for varicose veins and for strains of tendons or ligaments. Also suitable as a protective underlay for plaster casts or as an under stocking for ambulatory compression therapy. Tricofix can be washed several times (hand wash!) with a mild detergent at a maximum temperature of 40º. Do not wring out by hand but roll in a towel.

Applications

• For strong, compressive fixation dressings; e.g. in thoracic and abdominal surgery
• For bandages after breast surgery
• For large abrasions to prevent wound edge edema resp. to relieve the wound
• As a support and relief bandage for damage to the posture and musculoskeletal system
