Instructions

Description of Accu-Chek Aviva mg/dl Starter Kit 1 Piece
- Insert the test strip into the meter in the direction of the arrow. The meter will start automatically.
- Check that the code number shown on the display matches the code number on the test strip vial. If you have not seen the code number display on the display, you can remove the test strip from the meter and reinsert it into the meter.
- Obtain a drop of blood using the lancing device.
- Hold the drop of blood against the recess on the front of the yellow test field of the test strip. Do not apply blood to the top of the test strip. When the hourglass flashes on the display, enough blood has been drawn into the test strip.
